Pamela Jordan is an interior designer whose meticulous approach to environments is equally influenced by her background in curatorial art and historical references. As a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University (B.A. Art History) and The Pratt Institute (M.A. Interior Design), Pamela spent her early career working at the world-renowned hospitality firm Rockwell Group and is currently on the faculty at The Pratt Institute and the New York School of Interior Design where she teaches courses on design concepts, color theory and material sourcing and application.
Pamela’s training in modern design aesthetics and work in the concept-driven hospitality industry results in spaces that are minimal yet evocative. They tell the story of their site and its inhabitants while being highly functional and refined. Pamela infuses spaces with warmth and personality by relying on her deep knowledge of color theory, materials and design history. The resulting interiors are intentional, inviting and above all unique.
Pamela is based in Manhattan, and takes on a select number of private and commercial clients per year.
